- Two celebrity judges — to be announced at a future date
- Judges will be positioned at a designated location on the parade route.
Judges will score each entry on a 100-point scale across the following criteria:
| Criterion | Points | Description |
| Incorporation of 250 Years of Service | 35 | How meaningfully does the float reflect America's 250-year military history? May include specific eras, branches, battles, or service members. |
| Originality | 25 | Does the display offer a fresh, unexpected take? Recognizes creative concepts over generic or recycled ideas. |
| Creativity & Visual Impact | 25 | Overall "wow factor" — use of color, design, signage, costumes, movement, or interactive elements. |
| Crowd Engagement | 15 | Does it connect with spectators? Music, giveaways, marchers, signs, or interactive moments that draw a crowd response. |
| Total | 100 |
